You are cordially invited to join us for our annual Hotel 2/5 Reunion being held in Seattle Washington this September 18th to 22nd, 2024. It promises to be an exciting and fulfilling reunion. We have established a “Planning Committee” and created the theme of “WE ARE MARINES!
Larry and Rita Tyler have volunteered to be your Hosts for this year. Did you notice that we increased the length of the reunion by one day? This will allow us a little bit more time together and also the ability to enjoy our time without feeling like it is too rushed. Our first activity will begin on Wednesday, late afternoon, so plan your traveling times accordingly. Please check out the Order of March – Seattle (click here) to see our daily schedule.
We will be staying at the beautiful Radisson Seattle Airport hotel near the SeaTac Airport. For those using the airport, great news; our hotel provides free complimentary shuttle service between the airport and the hotel.
We have some very fun events planned for this reunion. We will be offsite, away from our hotel, our first night in town, Wednesday evening. We will be traveling back into time, visiting Tun Tavern for lots of food, fun, Meet & Greet, entertainment, and more. On Thursday, we will have many all-star speakers talking to us. Friday, we will all be participating in a very moving Memorial Service for our KIAS and recently deceased family members. Also, on Friday, we will be touring and exploring the hundreds and hundreds of airplanes in “The Museum of Flight”. For Saturday morning, we are still working on another special event to be announced later. We will all enjoy our guest speaker at the formal banquet dinner Saturday night at our hotel.
We’ve also scheduled some time for you to go out and visit the city of Seattle on your own while in town. You will not want to miss out on this very special reunion. Rita and I guarantee it will be full of fun, excitement, great food, and drinks. The very best part of the reunion is that we will be able to see each other again and spend some very precious time together in Seattle.
Obviously, with the increase in inflation, our expenses in Seattle will be much higher than we’ve had in the past several years. So, start saving your money now!
