Itinerary For the 2023 Branson Reunion:

Wednesday, October 18, 2023 (optional) Dinner among early reunion arrivals at our hotel or other Branson restaurants
Thursday, October 19, 2023 Afternoon & Evening Registration.
- 3:00 PM – Check-In registration opens, meet and greet (1 pm-6 pm) in Hospitality Room at Thousand Hills Resort Hotel
- 6:00 PM – Buffet-style food, snacks, and drinks in the Hospitality Room
- 7:00 PM – Opening ceremony in Hospitality Room
- 8:00 PM – then open for conversations, meet and greet
Friday, October 20, 2023
- 7:00 AM – 9:00AM Buffet Breakfast
- 11:00 AM – Departure to the wharf for Branson Belle Cruse and luncheon
- 3:30 PM – Departure for the return trip to the hotel
- 4:00 PM – Free Time to enjoy a show and explore the town
- Saturday, October 21, 2023
  - 7:00 AM – 9:00 AM Buffet Breakfast
  - 10:00 AM KIA Memorial
  - 10:20 AM – Company Meeting
  - 12:00 PM – Explore downtown, and have lunch on your own. Option to visit Veterans Museum.
  - 6:00 PM – 10:00 PM Hotel 2/5 Reunion Dinner. There will be dinner and dancing. No formal attire but men should be in ties and jackets, ladies in dresses/pantsuits. Auction/raffle and cash bar.
    - Guest speaker
    - Presentations will be made
    - Joe’s Annual Auction
  - 10:00 PM – 12:00 AM – Hospitality Room Open (BYOB)
Sunday, October 22
- 7:00 AM – 9:00 AM – Buffet Breakfast and Goodbyes
- 12:00 PM – Hospitality Room closes
