Step 2: Ask for “Group Sales”
Step 3: Speak with Lavita, Melodie, or Joshua and give them your Group Name: H 2/5 Vietnam Veterans
Step 4: They will ask you for your name, number in your group, Dates you are staying (Oct 18-22), room size (King or 2 Queens), credit card information, phone number, and email.
Step 5: Verify that they have your reservation information correctly.
Step 6: The hotel will send you a confirmation email.
