H2/5 Reunion 10/8-12/2025
The reunion hotel is the Embassy Suites Columbus Airport.
Registration for both the hotel and reunion will be available soon.
The room rate is $139.00 plus tax and includes breakfast
and a reception each evening including drinks and munchies in the atrium.
This is an all-suite facility!
Wednesday afternoon registration. Hotel check-in begins at 1600.
Early arrivals may not be available for check-in. If you are Hilton Honors member, please advise the hotel when checking in. (lot of points for this length of stay). Rooms are available both prior to and after the reunion at the discounted rate.
Wednesday evening Meet and Greet is scheduled at “Tun Tavern, ( VFW Post 9857).
A bar will be available for drinks on your own. We will have a catered German meal. A shuttle bus will be provided.
Thursday we will bus into Columbus for a tour of the Ohio State University’s Horseshoe (the football stadium). The tour will include the band room, locker facilities and a walk on the field.
We will then visit the Budd Food Hall for lunch. The Food Hall is a rehabbed Dairy that houses ten different restaurants. Lunch is on your own. https://budddairyfoodhall.com/.
After lunch we will head to the Motts Military Museum for a guided tour. It is a splendid collection of military artifacts from all eras of our history.

Dinner is on your own. That evening we will have our opening ceremony; a company meeting, discuss upcoming reunions and future funding options. We will have several presentations.
Friday Morning, we bus back into Columbus to the National Veteran’s Memorial and Museum. We will have our Memorial Service in the Memorial Garden. We have invited some Gold Star family members to join us. After the service we will have a catered lunch. After lunch we will be free to tour the museum. The museum is a great place to take panoramic pictures of Columbus and the riverfront.

Dinner is on your own. Columbus is known for its vibrant restaurant scene.
The hospitality room will be open.
There is no formal program on Saturday. Feel free to visit Columbus attractions. There will be information available about local points of interest. The meeting room will close at noon to allow for banquet set up. Your registration packet will include information on local points of interest and restaurants.
The hotel has a shuttle available when not in use for airport pick-ups. They provide service to the Easton Town Center Mall (upscale) that has many stores and restaurants.
Saturday evening is our banquet. Dress code in effect. Wear your medals and awards. Menu options will be available on registration.
Sunday after breakfast we depart until next year.
