Check in for reunion
Pick up name tags and memorabilia
Hotel Check in, Rooms available by 4 pm
Hospitality Room. Meet and Greet 5pm to 9 pm
Join us for an evening of celebration, featuring snacks and Libations Provided
We will have beer, wine, and sodas available included in the reunion
registration fee.
Thursday, October 8th
Thursday will be a free day to either gather in the hospitality room or see the sights of
San Diego.
Thursday evening will be a gathering in the hospitality room at the hotel 5pm to 9 pm
Join us for an evening of celebration, featuring snacks and Libations
Provided and a Planned presentation by Larry Tyler
Friday, October 9th
MCRD San Diego Graduation: Early morning departure. Travel to and from MCRD will be by bus.
Return to Hotel around noon
Banquet at the hotel.
Auction if time permits
Saturday, October 10th
Camp Pendleton
Travel to and from Pendleton will be by bus which is included in your
registration fee. This will be an early morning departure! We will have a
memorial service for our fallen brothers at the 5th Marines Memorial Garden.
Additional itinerary at the discretion of 5th Marines.
With the invitation to enter Camp Pendleton and MCRD comes the
requirement that we meet certain deadlines. These deadlines are carved in
stone. There will be no exceptions. The drop dead date is September 7th.
That means by September 7th I need your name and your guests’ name. You
need to get it to me before that date so that I can turn the names in. You
can’t wait until September 7th to send it in. If I don’t have the name before
that date so that I can turn the name in to the appropriate authority, you will
not be allowed to participate. It can’t be “in the mail”. I have to have it in my
hand by the morning of Monday, September 7th.

Sunday, October 11th
Sunday will be the departure day with the usual morning departure good byes.
